Small Shifts Bring Transformational Results

I am a creature of habit. I have morning habits, workday start habits, exercise habits, eating habits, sleeping habits. A lot of my life is on autopilot.

What are your habits? I want you to start thinking about them because the quality of our life depends on the quality of our habits.

A Duke University in 2006 found that up to 45% of all our daily behaviors are automatic. Let me put that another way. You spend one out of every two minutes of your life on autopilot. You are walking in your habits. You might be unaware of a lot of your habits that may be harming you.

God sees our habits. Proverbs 5:21-22, “For God sees everything you do and his eyes are wide open as he observes every single habit you have.”

God wants to help us break habits that lead us out of His best four our lives. And He wants us to develop good habits that set us up to walk in His grace, wisdom, power and authority. I call them power habits.

A power habit is a consistent, automated behavior that, over time, has the potential to produce transformational results.

Power habits can lead to you to the life you’ve alway wanted but didn’t know how to attain. You can have beter health, longer life. You can be happier and more more self esteem. You can be more successful.
